Well, folks, I'm not actually dead, nor have I slunk off and burned my books like Dr Faustus kept promising he would. I am, in fact, in very good health--not the least because I'm a sequence away from the end of Chapter One of Blood From The Air, that so long-promised first novel I've kept nattering about over the years. So there.;)

But I've also made a decision concerning my tenure here at diaryland--not only because it's been impossible to update for what feels like a week, though that factors in. I'm therefore going to pick up stakes and move on to LiveJournal, where I'm already having much better luck keeping up the type of back-and-forth "conversation" I've become accustomed to. More of a sense of community, all that; maybe even a chance to build a consumer/fan base for more than my fanfic. It has been fun, but I'm outie. Sorry.
